It is used in milking systems, storage tanks and the filters and brushes for them; cooling tanks and pipes used for tanks, etc Almost in all kinds of  milking system elements.

Technical Details:

• It has light yellow color and chlorine smell
• pH 13-14
• It does not lose effect in hard water with its Sodium hypochlorite <%25 ve Sodium hydroxide< content.

• It is not corrosive to stainless metal and chrome plated surfaces.
• It is not harmful to the environment as it is produced from biodegradable materials.

• It is suitable for CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) and Robot systems as well as manual systems and it has non-foaming structure with its rich content.
• It cleans fatt, protein and all kinds of organic residues thanks to its alkaline, chlorinated substances and high cleaning feature
• It has an absolutely non-damaging effect on rubber and tires.
• Thanks to its rich content, it provides the desired cleaning even if hard water with high iron, calcium and magnesium is used.
• It works very well on very low programs; 0.5% (medium and hard water hardness) 50ml to 10 lt of water.
• It provides perfect cleaning with its high active chlorine content.

How to Use:

Sanitiz Alkali must be used after the Pre-washing and mixed with the shown doses

The using method shown above is also the same for the portable milking machines. It needs to be calculated 10 liter for each milking cluster.

Material Compatibility:

Sanitiz Alkali can be used without corrosive effect on Stainless steel, chromed materials, PTFE, PVC all kinds of rubbers and epoxy coated surfaces.

Sanitiz Alkali can be corrosive when it’s used on aluminum surfaces. ( It may darken the materials)
