Sanitiz Phos Acid
Sanitiz Phos Acid is a nitrate free liquid cleaner which is based on phosphoric and nitric acid. It is used to remove lime stains and milk stones from the milking systems.
It is used in milking systems, storage tanks and the filters and brushes for them; cooling tanks and pipes used for tanks, etc Almost in all kinds of milking system elements.
How to Use:
It is recommended to use “acid wash” after every 3 or 4 Alkali wash.
Sanitiz Phos Acid must be used after the “alkali wash” and mixed with the shown doses.
Acid cleaners are for milk stone and mineral cleaning.
Alkaline cleaners are for cleaning fatt, dirt and protein residues.

The using method shown above is also the same for the portable milking machines. It needs to be calculated 10 liter for each milking cluster.
Material Compatibility:
Sanitiz Phos Acid can be used without corrosive effect on Stainless steel, chromed materials, PTFE, PVC all kinds of rubbers and also teflon, tile and ceramic coated surfaces
